English II-Honors > Week 17
Happy Friday, Roadrunners!
This was a challenging week with so many students transitioning online; I miss their faces already. Please remind your students that if they are at home they need to be logging into their class on time and productive during our time together. I know this is a difficult transition, so we all need to work together to make this as seamless as possible. I am here to help as much as I possibly can, but I need their help as well.
As a heads up: all work is due by December 11 in all classes. I will not take late work over 4 weeks late. Please check your student’s Infinite Campus to see what is missing and what can be made up still. If you have any questions please reach out.
We slowed down a bit this week as we finished the first half of To Kill a Mockingbird. Students are certainly finding the content and the language quite challenging at time, and rightly so.
Next week is a short week, with Wednesday being a half day and no school Thursday and Friday. I look forward to our annual Charlie Brown Thanksgiving though. 🙂
That is everything for now. Have an amazing weekend.
Best,
Ms. Kovach
