Good Evening, Roadrunners.

I hope you all enjoyed the long weekend and the amazing weather that came along with it.  I certainly enjoyed getting a little Vitamin D!

With a visit from Jostens and then reviewing ASVAB results on both Thursday and Friday, our schedule went a bit awry. We will quickly get back on track though, even with this short week.

We spent the majority of last week working on our final projects for Macbeth. This week we are diving headfirst into satire. Today we talked about why satire is used and despite the humor involved with it, there really are serious implications surrounding it. By reading and understanding satire, we are able to get a glimpse into history.

We are also completing our Spring ILPs this week in preparation for conferences coming up in a few short weeks. Info on that will be sent out soon I am sure.

I have nothing else to report, but if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Have an amazing week!

Mrs. Amber Kovach
