Feb. 18-21 (English III)

Good Evening, Roadrunners.

I hope you all enjoyed the long weekend and the amazing weather that came along with it.  I certainly enjoyed getting a little Vitamin D!

With a visit from Jostens and then reviewing ASVAB results on both Thursday and Friday, our schedule went a bit awry. We will quickly get back on track though, even with this short week.

We learned a great deal about F. Scott Fitzgerald in preparation for reading The Great Gatsby and discussed the historical significance likely to show up in the reading. Tomorrow we will finally begin reading our text. This is one of my favorite novels and I am eager to share this passion with your students. I truly hope they enjoy it as much as I do.

We are also completing our Spring ILPs this week in preparation for conferences coming up in a few short weeks. Info on that will be sent out soon I am sure.
