English III> Week 4: Aug. 17 – Aug. 21

 In English III

Happy Monday, Roadrunners.

Let me first apologize for my tardiness on sending this out; it has been a busy couple of weeks.

Last week, I introduced colonialism to students and then we read a piece by William Bradford a Puritan and then a brief narrative about the Slave triangle. I think student’s eyes were opened a bit, to say the least. It was a great week overall.

I have had to shift things a bit to accommodate student needs, but I know it will all work out in the end. Please remind students to reach out if they have any questions and to not wait until it’s past a due date to do so. I am here to help them and want each and every one of them to be successful.

We have MAP testing this week on Thursday and Friday, so please make sure your student is well rested, eaten a great breakfast, and is in a place where they can focus with limited distractions.

Let’s have a great week!

Best, Ms. K
