Week 4: April 20 – April 24

 In AP English Literature

Good Morning!

I hope you all had a pleasant weekend and were able to enjoy the beautiful AZ weather; it looks like it’s going to get even hotter next weekend. Enjoy it while you can.

I think we are starting to get the hang of things, but I want to remind you that I am available Monday through Friday from 9am-3pm. I have at least one Google Meet a day, so feel free to join in. If you want to chat about an assignment or just have company while working, these Meets are perfect for that.

Every week I have created a video walking through my expectations for that week; please watch it! It takes you through every single assignment and explains what I am looking for. I would not take the time to make them each week if I did not think they were useful. This should be the first thing you do Monday mornings when logging into my classroom. I have attached the link here as well. Parents, feel free to watch it so you are in the loop with what your kids should be working on. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

This week we are continuing our work on Prose. Since the AP exam is focused on one Prose question, I am focusing on this for the next few weeks. I am already seeing improvement in student comprehension. So keep it up.

I believe that is all I have right now. If you need anything, let me know. Stay safe!

Best,
Mrs. Kovach
