English IV- Week 6

Happy Friday, Roadrunners! We made it through our first (and only) week of hybrid learning. Next week begins our full time in person learning or our continuation of home-based instruction. Make sure you finalize your choice by the end of today; choose what is best for your family. I am eager to see all your smiling faces next week.

We began the week by revisiting classroom rules and procedures; these are a bit different than what it expected online. We then looked over the monster in Beowulf and created a Wanted Poster. We rounded out the week by discussing the Epic Hero Cycle. We will continue reading Beowulf next week.

Quick reminder: There is no school on Monday due to it being my birthday…ha, not really. It’s Labor Day. There will be a sub on Tuesday since I am going out of town this weekend. Please make sure your kiddos are well behaved and do what is asked of them.
